Strength in the Weakness

"My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."— Psalm 73:26

In any build, there is a difference between the "finish" and the "structure." The finish might get scratched, dented, or worn over time, but if the structure is sound, the work stands. When our health fails or pain becomes a constant companion, we realize we aren't just made of flesh and bone. There is an inner man sustained by the Spirit. Even when your physical "engine" is struggling, your soul can be anchored in a strength that doesn't depend on a clean bill of health.

Today, acknowledge the pain but don't let it be the boss. Identify one thing you can still do—even if it’s just speaking a word of encouragement to someone else or spending time in prayer. Focus on the strength of the "Frame" (God) rather than the wear on the "Parts."
