A Heart of Gratitude
"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you." — Philippians 1:3

We spend a lot of time focused on our own builds—our own problems, our own needs, and our own progress. But Paul wrote these words from a prison cell. Even in his own "heavy" season, his first thought was gratitude for the people who stood by him. Real life isn't lived in a vacuum; it’s lived in the connections we make. When we take a moment to stop and thank God for the people who have encouraged us, challenged us, or just walked a mile with us, our own burdens start to feel a little lighter. Gratitude is the fuel that keeps the heart from growing cold.
Today, think of one person who has been a blessing to you—maybe someone from years ago or someone you saw this morning. Send them a quick text or say a prayer specifically for them. Don't ask for anything; just thank God for the "remembrance" of them.
